One Awesome Twitter Marketing Tip for Realtors

Twitter is a great marketing tool. And lately I've been using it in real estate word. This little tip that I am about to share with you brings a new buyer and seller leads to a pretty consistent so I thought I'd share this article.

Your first step is, of course, get a Twitter account. Your next step is to take a few minutes and are familiar with Twitter, if you have not had a chance yet. I would follow several other successful Realtors just to see what they do and how they use Twitter in their business.

Then go to twitter.com / twittersearch and get acquainted with it as a search engine. Think of it like Google. But instead of looking for the articles you are looking for talks. Understanding that you are looking for a conversation, your next step is to ask yourself what kind of conversation will bring new buyers and sellers.

So what is the use of radio for a walk and a list of different places a person can be the home buying cycle. Then take the different steps and think about how someone is going to be talking about them with your friends and family on Twitter. Then a list of the different key words or sentences and put them into a Twitter search engine.

Some of the Twitter search word formulas that have worked for our real estate business are "moving to the city's name", "Seller Name Home City", "search the MLS in the name of the city", "sell your house in the town's name" "About to move into the city name"

I would recommend that you use all these search terms in each area of the city or neighborhood that specialize in. You can re-fresh page with the search terms every few hours to see a new conversation that is taking place.

I would recommend that you take a little time and a list of all possible questions one might have about selling or buying or moving or finding funding for home and include those as well. Even if some people are looking for a realtor, but you can still give you a referral to another supplier in the industry. I used to make recommendations for several different lenders, now I have a lot of referrals back from those lenders. And its only because Twitter search.

Your next step when someone is talking with your friends on Twitter about his new venture, to answer their questions, give advice and find out if there is anyway you can help.
