Steve Jobs
When all is said and done, the dust has settled, the risk takers who win in business and life. I have tremendous respect for those that leap of faith only to find that his idea did not work. They followed his heart and decided to go down a path that few are willing to accept. As Jobs said, "have the courage to follow your intuition ....(). They somehow already know what you truly want to become." There are thousands of underpaid and unhappy people who are stuck in cubicles ten hours a day. They are a dime a dozen.

...Becoming a Geek:
If you want to become a true entrepreneur and dreams and goals that you set on reality, it is imperative to become a "monster". Although some people do not associate the word with a positive connotation, I believe it is referred to as a "monster" to the huge compliment. Warren Buffett said the best:
"Beware of geeks bearing formulas"
In addition, the "geeks" are "geeks" because they have a strong passion about the work they are doing or the accomplishments are chasing. They reflect more associated with success than failure.
Return to Jobs' quote, the leader of Apple says that your intuition already knows where they should be and what you're capable of accomplishing. However, for most, their intuition breeds more fear of inspiration. This is because, at an early age we are taught to employees. So, any other passion should consider hobbies.
Although, what if you could have the best of both worlds? When you combine passion and work, the outcome may prove to be enormous and beyond the initial beliefs. If you have a real enthusiasm about taking a particular endeavor, just thinking to deal with this during a fire. On the other hand, like what to do, of course, will make you drive and, equally important, work and achievements of the later will provide fulfillment and happiness in your life. When all is said and done, it's tenacity and work ethic to win a game of small businesses. Toughness and work ethic are more important than intelligence, was to obtain business financing, your dealer or any of the factors related to your business. I like to quote Johann Wolfgang von Goethe: "If you would create something, you have to be something ."
The main deterrent for individuals to open a small business is the fear of failure. Forget the word "failure", but in the back of your mind, work hard and you will succeed.
