How Steve Jobs Revolutionized Website Design

Since it is only 23 years old, I was fortunate to have grown up with a generation that has access to computers. I was one of the children who said he wanted to be an artist when they grow up. And I still love traditional art through their education years. I grew up with most computers and basic programs (all I used my computer when I was young was a Kid Pix paint shop and computer games). But none-the-less, looking back and hearing input from my older generation, I understand and appreciate the privilege of being acquainted with the user interface from a young age.

It was not until I was in high school when I met with Apple Computer. It was very foreign to me and took some time to familiarize yourself with the new interface. Once I knew it was a big deal, and from that moment on, I was inspired to become a graphic designer. Never in my wildest dreams, however, did not think it would be the design of digital images and web sites for your career. If this is not a genius of a man, I would never have been able to make art, as well as rewarding, fulfilling and fun career.

Steve Jobs is responsible for technology change in the literal sense, but also changed the way people see and interact with technology making it accessible and easy for anyone to use. He created a legacy of quality products, and is never afraid to push the envelope and think outside the box to make Apple a leader in technology for the masses. Its technological innovation directly into a web-design, but its perception and thinking highly of the importance of design and shape the way we all see your creation, and technology as a whole.

The following are ways in which Steve Jobs has changed the way web design for better ...

  1. effective treatment: Jobs worked hard to learn the ins and outs of computer engineering. He pushed a new computer hardware and software technologies and away from many believed possible. In doing so, he made a faster computer speed and memory space larger making it easier for businesses and individuals to be more self-sufficient and productive. Having more space for file storage and RAM for faster access to them provides complete web design and make it live in less time.
  2. Graphical Interfaces supported: early jobs included to help users in creating a platform that people will easily be able to move. He oversaw the creation of graphics and icons that users can identify and access files and software. He also stressed the improvement of pixels per inch resolution making the screen is smooth and easy on the eyes. It is very important in designing for the internet, as well as designing with special software, the designer must maintain a certain solution for the visually stunning and successful website.
  3. Simplified / Better Programming: Visual improvements to the interface, whether it's for a website or computer platform, meaning there should be improvements to programs involved. Jobs had a major impact on the manipulation of many source code, including HTML, to develop a platform for the latest updated versions of many Mac products. Improvements in programming platform for much of an impact on programming for web pages and other digital applications to access Mac products.
  4. TrueType fonts: One of many impressive contribution to the success of digital communication design that Jobs made the use and knowledge of specific fonts, Mac users around the world. Jobs collaborated with the designer and has created a specific computer (meaning not only for printing) letters which, when viewed on a computer screen, look fresh and clean. Fonts in the years before, he looked rough and flaky. In developing web-specific fonts, Jobs has opened a new world of digital and create crisp looking website and interface design.
  5. Emphasis on design: industrial, graphic, digital, web, advertising and print design jobs in the years to oversee Apple has created a brand that now defines a large portion of computer users worldwide. He has shown us that technology can bring beauty into our lives and be very nice. His emphasis on simple, friendly user interface design and powerful application affected by technology and the way it is, and probably will continue to be designed for users now and in years to come.

As I sit here typing in front of my iMac desktop computer with my Macbook to my left and my iPod to my right and a fresh career in graphic and web design, I wonder where I'd be today without Steve Jobs.
